Gin & Juice TV with Yung Mal

Yung Mal AKA Big Pissy invited me to 'Plug Block' in Zone 6 for a game of hardball. Watch me hike the ball for 'Pissy Feet', while he plays the entire game with a blunt in hand. We discussed being signed to Gucci's 1017, then Mal gave me his worst Australian impersonation.

Yung Mal Is one half of Rap duo Mal & Quill with Lil Quill. The two artists laid the groundwork before their sufficient homage to Plug Block in Zone 6.

Mal was raised in New Orleans and moved to Quill’s native Atlantian stomping ground. The rap duo became inseparable after the tragic loss of Lil Quill’s brother.

Mal & Quill released album Blessed Lil Bastards in 2017 and earned the admiration of their hood, gaining online popularity before they closed the year out with their 1017 Eskimo Records debut, Came From Zero.

“I gotta get my passport bro. I’m going to Australia.” Said Yung Mal while rolling a blunt “I already have my accent together.” I then taught Mal an essential technique to perfect his Australian.

We then played Hardball while I hiked the ball. Pissy Feet lost his flip flops while running for the ball, and managed to keep the blunt lit and smoking throughout the entire game.

Signed to rap legend Gucci Mane’s 1017 Eskimo Records, I asked Mal what the most significant thing he learnt from Gucci. He explained “Setting goals., using your time wisely…He said that In his mind he knew he was gonna sign us already.”

Be sure to keep your eyes open for the solo release of ‘IceBurg’ featuring Gucci Mane and Gunna. Yung Mal music is available on iTunes, Spotify, Soundcloud, YouTube and more!
